Free Beachside Wellness
Part of our mission is to create a healthy, active, and happy community for you to be part of.
Join our wellness classes every market morning and kickstart your day with something good for your mind and body. Whether it’s yoga, meditation, sound healing, or pilates, these free sessions are designed for all levels. It’s more than just a workout—it’s a way to connect with yourself and your community.

Along with nurturing mental health, stepping outside your comfort zone and connecting with yourself in nature, our free morning sunrise dips for salty gals are the perfect start to your day! Meet at 6am at Trigg Beach in front of Surfing WA and come get amongst it.

Start the morning with a rejuvenating meditation or sound healing session and cultivate that inner calm and peace. All levels and experience are welcome, and it’s totally free!

Flow with us, bask under the sun and enjoy a beautiful community yoga session before our markets start. Bring your friends and family! All levels are welcome.

Strengthen and tone at our uplifting pilates class on the mat. Kick start your morning with this energising session. All levels are welcome.

Bring the little ones down to our free kids workshops from 9-11am run by Kids Nature Club at the Little Legends Tent. From making sea creatures to creating Christmas decorations your little legends will love it!

Every month this season, we host a Trigg Beach cleanup in collaboration with Sea Shepherd and the Salt Water Cleanup Crew. These awesome humans help keep our treasured coastline clean, protected, and preserved, while sharing their knowledge and educating those they meet along the way. All ages are welcome!
Meet at Clarko Reserve, next to the playground, grab a bucket and gloves, and head on down to help keep the sea plastic-free! Gloves, bags, and litter tongs are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you have them.
Don’t forget your hat, sunscreen, and enclosed shoes.

Breathe and Freeze ice baths in collaboration with The Human Excellence Project. Our pop up sunrise Ice Bath events will help you grow and step outside your comfort zone. Join in the fun and try breath work and priming technique followed by a jumping into a freezing Ice Bath and a refreshing dip in the ocean.
